Notice to Principals

Dear all,

Thank you very much for everyone’s patience and understanding with all the constant changes to the sporting programme of 2020. Unfortunately due to COVID 19 and our emphasis on the safety of our school students, CSNSW Sport (including MacKillop / Polding / NSWCCC) has now cancelled all of our Term 1 and Term 2 events in conjunction with the School Sport Unit from the Department of Education (SSU) and School Sport Australia (SSA) - please note SSA has cancelled all their championships for 2020.

We are very keen for sports to go ahead where possible and when it is safe to do so for our students, parents, staff and other stakeholders.  We are in regular contact with both the SSU and the Independent Schools about facilitating sport and getting it back up and running as soon as possible. We will provide further updates as more information becomes available.

Each Diocese has their own process for actioning refunds. Any questions in regard to this should be directed to your local Diocese or Association representative (these can be found on the top of your invoice). Please be patient as we work through these. Students who have been selected in a MacKillop / Polding / NSWCCC team have been contacted directly to regarding refunds and uniform options. All registrations for NSWCCC Selections (individual) are currently in the process of being refunded and please allow 14-21 days for this to occur. The CSNSW Sport store has been closed until further notice therefore no merchandise can be purchased. We will look to re-open the store when more information and clarity is provided from the Government.
