  • Own strapping tape
  • Water bottle
  • Lunch

Rules and Guidelines
  • Game duration will be 30 minutes - no change of ends.
  • 5-minute break between games.
  • Players must wear the identification number that correlates with the number given to them and is being used by the selectors.
  • Players must wear approved shin protectors/guards and mouth guards.
  • Goalkeepers must wear as part of their protective equipment an approved AHA helmet at all times. Should a goalkeeper be incapacitated, suspended, or substituted by a field player who assumes the privileges of a goalkeeper, this nominated player must wear full protective equipment at all times (i.e., leg guards, kickers, helmet face mask, protector, and chest protector).

  • 8:30am: Arrive, check in, bib distribution
  • 9:00am: Acknowledgement of Country, Prayer, Day introduction
  • 9:10am: Selection procedure explanation
  • 9:15am: Warm up, skills/drills session
  • 9:30am: Games commence
  • 12:30pm: Lunch / selectors meeting
  • 1:00pm: Games recommence
  • 3:00pm: Team announcement
