The format of the day will be at the discretion of the Convener and Officials.
7:30am - 8:00am Students arrive and are to check in directly with their team managers.
8:00am Team managers and event officials sign in and meeting
8:10am Students meet with team managers
8:15am Welcome - Match Play Begins - Round Robin Format
12:30pm Team Managers Meeting / lunch
1:15pm Announcement of selected players into the team from the morning results if applicable. Other players named to remain for possible playoffs.
2:30pm Announcement of MacKillop teams
2:45pm Information and uniforms for MacKillop team members
