NSWCPS AWARD NOMINATION (PRIMARY) - STAFF
PREAMBLE
The NSW Catholic Primary Schools Sports Council Service Awards were first given in 1996 to recognise the contribution to school sport made by Catholic School teachers. The spirit of the CPS Service Award is to acknowledge strong involvement of teachers in Catholic schools sports pathways.
CRITERIA
The service Awards focus on the contribution made by teachers to the pathways sport program organised by NSWCPS on behalf of the Catholic Schools Sports Services Committee, the body established by the Conference of Diocesan Directors.
The Awards recognise significant contributions made over a number of years. Contributions to the specific NSWCPS and NSW PSSA programs and/or Diocesan work leading to involvement in NSWSCPS and/or PSSA activities can be considered. Evidence of extensive work in the Catholic schools sport pathways is essential. Specific work at the following levels could be considered.
- Executive member of NSWCPS or NSW PSSA
- NSWCPS Team Manager
- NSWCPS Convenor
- NSW PSSA State Carnival Manager
- Coach / Manager at NSW PSSA level
- Significant Diocesan responsibility to sports pathway

NSWCCC SERVICE AWARD (SECONDARY)
PREAMBLE
The Service Awards were first given in 1996 to recognise the contribution to school sport made by Catholic School teachers. The spirit of the NSWCCC Service Award is to acknowledge strong involvement of teachers in Catholic schools sports pathways.
CRITERIA
The NSWCCC Service Award focuses on the contribution made by teachers to the pathways sport program organised by NSWCCC on behalf of the Catholic Schools Sports Services Committee.
The Awards recognise significant contributions made over a number of years, specifically to NSWCCC and NSW All Schools and Schools Sports Australia programs and/or Diocesan work leading to involvement in NSWCCC and/or NSW All Schools activities can be considered. Evidence of extensive work in the Catholic schools sport pathways is essential. Specific work at the following levels could be considered.
AWARD
The recipient of this award will be presented at the NSWCCC Blue Award Presentation
CSSS endorse and present Service Awards to a teacher employed at a CSSS affiliated school for outstanding contributions to the development of secondary school sport Service Awards will be presented at the NSWCCC Blue Award Presentation
