Sport Returns/Refunds
Levy Reimbursement
CEDB will refund you the amount paid by you less any costs incurred by the CEDB Office, if your child is registered to attend a CSNSW Sport (CPS/CCC) event and they are unable to attend due to accident or illness. A medical certificate may be requested.
Uniform Purchase Reimbursement:
- The usual process is for optional uniforms to be distributed at the event. Should your child be unable to attend the event and you no longer want the optional uniforms please contact the Diocesan Sport Coordinator at CEDB to notify your child’s withdrawal and to discuss any refunds. - The CEDB office will credit you via the method of payment used for the purchase eg credit card or debit card.
- You should expect the funds to be reimbursed to you within 2 weeks of notification of withdrawal.
Optional Uniform Exchanges
If you require an exchange due to incorrect sizing, the CEDB Office will make every attempt to accommodate your request. In order for a new size or item to be arranged, please follow the following instructions:
