  • Personal protective gear (including face masks for defensive penalty corners)
  • Mouthguards (mandatory)
  • Dark and light pairs of socks
  • Ball with your name clearly marked
  • Medication (e.g., asthma inhaler)
  • Own strapping tape
  • Water bottle
  • Lunch
