Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, Wilcannia Forbes Diocese will refund you in full. In order for this to take place, please follow the below instructions:

• Contact the Pam Burke pamela.burke@wf.catholic.edu.au or 0429 642432.
• Return goods to be refunded via post to :

• Please include a note with details of the exchange or refund along with child’s name and school.
• Pam Burke will inform the accounts department to credit you for the purchase. Refunds will be processed via EFT. Please provide your account name, BSB number and Account number so payments can be processed.
• Refunds should be processed into the nominated bank account within 2 weeks of returning the items.

Exchanges

If you require an exchange,Wilcannia Forbes Diocese will make every attempt to accommodate your request. In order for a new size or item to be arranged, please follow the below instructions:

• Contact the Pam Burke pamela.burke@wf.catholic.edu.au or 0429 642432.
• Return goods to be exchanged via post to :

• Please include a note with details of the exchange along with child’s name
• Items must be returned in NEW condition. All tags must still be affixed and the garment unwashed.
• Pam Burke will arrange dispatch of exchange item either via post or delivery by Diocesan staff member.
