Primary & Secondary student returns procedure

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, the CEDP will refund you in full. In order for this to take place, please follow the below instructions:

• PRIMARY - Contact the CEDP Primary Sport Teaching Educator - Margaret Thornton Email: mthornton@parra.catholic.edu.au or Phone: 0408 278 918
• SECONDARY - Contact the CEDP Secondary Sport Teaching Educator - Chris Anschau Email: canschau@parra.catholic.edu.au or Phone: 0418 411 731
• In your email please outline the return/refund issue
• Return goods to be refunded via post to the relevant person:

• Please include a note with details of the exchange or refund along with child’s name and purchase reference number or include a copy of the order form.
• The CEDP Sport Teaching Educator will inform the accounts department to credit you via the method of payment used for the purchase. In the event of payment by BPay or EFT, please supply your bank BSB & Account number.
• You should expect the funds to be reimbursed to you within 2 weeks of returning the items.

Primary & Secondary student exchange procedures

If you require an exchange, the CEDP Sport Teaching Educators will make every attempt to accommodate your request. For a new size or item to be arranged, please follow the instructions

• Contact the relevant CEDP Sport Teaching Educators and outline the request. PRIMARY - Contact the CEDP Primary Sport Teaching Educator - Margaret Thornton Email: mthornton@parra.catholic.edu.au or Phone: 0408 278 918
• SECONDARY - Contact the CEDP Secondary Sport Teaching Educator - Chris Anschau Email: canschau@parra.catholic.edu.au or Phone: 0418 411 731
• Once contact has been made please indicate the correct sizing for the item.
• Returned goods to be exchanged via school sports coordinators or post to the relevant person:

• Please include a note with details of the exchange along with child’s name or include a copy of the tax invoice.
• Items must be returned in NEW condition within 14 days. All tags must still be affixed and the garment unwashed.
• The CEDP Sport Teaching Educator will arrange to dispatch of exchange item either via post, school sports coordinator or at the relevant event.
• You can expect the item to be received within 14 days of returning the incorrect size
