Returns / Refunds

The Catholic Education Office Wollongong will refund you the amount paid by you less any costs incurred by the Catholic Education Office, if your child is registered to attend a Catholic Schools NSW (CPS/CCC) event and they are unable to attend due to accident or illness.

Reimbursement for uniform purchases will only be offered if uniforms are returned in NEW condition within 14 days of you notifying the Catholic Education Office Wollongong of your child’s withdrawal from the event. All tags must still be affixed and the garment unwashed. In order for this to take place, please follow the below instructions:

• Contact the Lindy Davis at the Catholic Education Office Wollongong on email – Lindy.Davis@dow.catholic.edu.au or by phone on 4253 0936 to notify of your child’s withdrawal and discuss any refund details.
• Return goods to be refunded (if applicable) can be sent by post or delivered to:

  Catholic Education Office, Wollongong
  86-88 Market Street, Wollongong
  Locked Mail Bag 8802 Wollongong 2500

• Please include a note with details of the exchange or refund along with child’s name and school, and your name and contact number. If sending by post please mark attention – Lindy Davis.
• The Catholic Education Office, Wollongong will credit you via the method of payment used for the purchase eg. credit card or debit card.
• You should expect the funds to be reimbursed to you within 3 weeks of returning the items.

Sport Clothing Exchanges

If you require an exchange due to incorrect sizing, the Catholic Education Office, Wollongong will make every attempt to accommodate your request. In order for a new size or item to be arranged, please follow the instructions below:

• Contact the Lindy Davis at the Catholic Education Office Wollongong on email – Lindy.Davis@dow.catholic.edu.au or by phone on 4253 0936 to notify of your child’s withdrawal and discuss any refund details.
• Return goods to be refunded (if applicable) via post or delivery to:

  Locked Mail Bag 8802 Wollongong 2500

• Please include a note with details of the exchange along with child’s name and school, and your name and contact number. If sending by post please mark attention – Lindy Davis.
• Items must be returned in NEW condition within 14 days. All tags must still be affixed and the garment unwashed.
• The Catholic Education Office, Wollongong will arrange to dispatch an exchange items either via post, your school sports coordinator, a teacher from your school or you can collect the item/s personally from the Catholic Schools Office at 86-88 Market Street, Wollongong.
• You can expect the item to be posted to you within 14 days of returning the incorrect size
