Returns

Secondary student returns procedures:

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, the BBSSSA will refund you in full. In order for this to take place, please follow the below instructions:

  • Contact the BBSSSA President, Amber McDonnell
  • Email: amber.mcdonnell@dbb.catholic.edu.au or Phone: 0414 749 663 and outline the issue.
  • Returned goods to be given to your school sports coordinator, who will return to the BBSSSA President.
  • The BBSSSA will inform the accounts department to credit you via the method of payment used for the purchase. In the event of payment by BPay or EFT, please supply your bank BSB & Account number
  • You should expect the funds to be reimbursed to you within 1 week of returning the items.

Primary student returns procedures:

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, the BBPSSC will refund you in full. Please follow the procedure below to facilitate the return of goods and refund:

  • Return the goods to the Team Manager at the event at which they were received. If the problem has been noticed after the event please return to your school office or to the Broken Bay Primary Sport Coordinator. Contact the Broken Bay Primary Sport Coordinator and outline the problem: Email: julie-ann.thompson@dbb.catholic.edu.au or phone: 0414 436 185
  • The BBPSSC will inform the accounts department to credit you either via the method of payment used for the purchase or by bank transfer. Please provide BSB & account name and number in which you wish the funds to be deposited.
  • You should expect the funds to be reimbursed to you within 14 days of returning the items and providing payment details.

Exchanges

Secondary student exchange procedures:

If you require an exchange, the Broken Bay Secondary Schools Sports Association (BBSSSA) will make every attempt to accommodate your request. In order for a new size or item to be arranged, please follow the below instructions:

  • Contact the BBSSSA President, Amber McDonnell and outline the request.
  • Email: amber.mcdonnell@dbb.catholic.edu.au or Phone: 0414 749 663
  • Once contact has been made please indicate the correct sizing for the item.
  • Returned goods to be exchanged via school sports coordinators
  • Please include a note with details of the exchange along with child’s name Or include a copy of the tax invoice.
  • Items must be returned in NEW condition within 14 days. All tags must still be affixed and the garment unwashed.
  • The BBSSSA president will arrange to dispatch of exchange item either via post or the school sports coordinator.
  • You can expect the item to be delivered to you within 14 days of returning the incorrect size.

Primary student exchange procedures:

If you require an item to be exchanged due to incorrect size or an incorrect item supplied, please follow the instructions below:

  • Return the goods to the Team Manager at the event at which they were received. If the problem has been noticed after the event please return to your school office or to the Broken Bay Primary Sport Coordinator.
  • Contact the Broken Bay Primary Sport Coordinator and outline the problem: Email: julie-ann.thompson@dbb.catholic.edu.au or phone: 0417 436 185
  • Items must be returned in NEW condition within 14 days. All tags must still be affixed and the garment unworn and unwashed.
  • The Broken Bay Primary Sport Coordinator will arrange the dispatch of the exchanged item either via post or to the school office as soon as possible.
