Process for Uniform Exchanges and Refunds
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, Catholic Education Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn (CECG) will refund you in full less any postage costs.
To receive a full refund please follow the below instructions:
- Contact the CECG Sports Coordinator either via email or phone with an explanation as to why you are dissatisfied. sherree.bush@cg.catholic.edu.au or 0409 305 296
- Return goods to be refunded via post to :

- Please ensure that you include details of the exchange or refund along with the name of the person the item purchased under and the student’s name.
- The CECG Sports Coordinator will inform the accounts department to credit your bank account so please ensure that you supply your bank details:

Mailing address (email & postal) for remittance advice
- It is to be expected that reimbursement will be completed within two weeks of returning the items. If you require an exchange, CECG will make every attempt to accommodate your request. In order for a new size or item to be arranged, please follow the below instructions:

- Goods to be exchanged via the team manager or via post to :

- Please ensure that you include the following details of the exchange or refund : name the item was purchased under, i.e. the student’s name.
- Items must be returned in NEW condition within 14 days. All tags must still be affixed and the garment unwashed.
- CECG will arrange to dispatch of exchange item either via post or via the team manager.
- If the uniform item is to be posted, you can expect it to be posted to you within 14 days of returning the incorrect size.
