SETTING UP & UPDATING STAFF ACCOUNTS

 

 

LOGIN

  1. If you had an account on the CSSS website, your key information has been transferred across - Do NOT create a new account.
  2. Click on login
  3. Ask to reset your password
  4. Log in

If you did not have an account on the CSSS website -

  1. Go to csnsw.sport  
  2. Click on create an account. From the drop down box choose Teacher /Staff
  3. Complete the details and save, use your school email - edu.au email address
  4. Your principal will need to approve you as a staff member

UPDATING YOUR DETAILS

  1. Login to csnsw.sport
  2. On the menu, go to STAFF DASHBOARD and select UPDATE MY DETAILS
  3. Complete all the fields with correct information. Please note * indicates that this is a required field.
  4. Include your medical details and 2 unique emergency contacts
  5. Tick the User Agreement and Privacy Policy – if you are unable to agree to the terms, please contact the CSNSW office.
  6. Click on Save

UPDATING ACCREDITATION

  1. Return to DASHBOARD and select UPDATE MY ACCREDITATION
  2. Complete all fields including adding a PDF attachment of proof of approved accreditation
  3. If you wish to add additional accreditation details, use the +ADD button
  4. Click on Save
  5. Click on Back

DIOCESE REPRESENTATIVES PATHWAY SET UP MANAGEMENT

SELECTION PACKS, LEVY AND UNIFORM

  1. On the menu, go to Students and select Team Member Information
  2. Select Diocese, Pathway Competition and Level.
  3. Click on DISPLAY
  4. Click on the EDIT button
  5. Select level alias name: This is the title for this package – Eg. Broken Bay Cross Country Team 2020
  6. Confirmation date: This is the date that all required actions need to be completed. Eg. Parent approval, payment and uniform orders.
  7. Select from template: You can either use a template that has already been completed OR create a NEW template by entering the name for the template in the “Template Name” box and click on Save Template
  8. Complete all fields and click on Save
    Before Setting up Levy and Uniform, your uniform items should be setup as products in categories in your shop (ecwid.com).
  9. Click on EDIT Uniforms. The Pathway and Selection level will automatically show up
  10. Select Diocese and click on DISPLAY
  11. Enter Levy
  12. Default Category Displayed: Select Category (this is the category that you have set up in Ecwid)
  13. Item Description – Enter item name – select the one required and click on Add. If more than 1 is required, select ADD (these will automatically show in the parents’ cart)
  14. Select Status and Qty (Mandatory: uniform that automatically shows in cart and can’t be removed. Compulsory: this can be removed from cart (Eg. if student has from previous year)
  15. Click on Save

STUDENT REGISTRATION REPORT

  1. On the menu, go to Students and select Student Registrations
  2. Select all the compulsory fields and click on Search
  3. Scroll down to view all students registered for the pathway selected
  4. If you require a download of registrations - Click on Excel Download (untick the fields you don’t want shown on the screen and the download)

STUDENT PROGRESSIONS

  1. On the menu, go to Students and select Progress Students
  2. Select all the necessary fields and click on Display
  3. Select the students that need to be progressed by ticking the boxes and click on Progress Students
  4. NB: Students can’t be progressed until they have principal approval

DIOCESE TEAM OFFICIAL POSITIONS

  1. On the menu go to Sports/Events and select Team Officials Positions Available
  2. Select your Diocese
  3. Select the positions you would like to make available to staff in your Diocese
    Eg. Cross Country – Diocese, CCC Selections
  4. Click on Save Selections

STAFF APPLYING FOR DIOCESAN REPRESENTATIVE ROLE

Staff in NSW Catholic Schools will access the login for the CSNSW portal through csnsw.sport

LOGIN

  1. Login to your CSNSW Sport account - csnsw.sport > Login
  2. You will be taken to the Staff landing page.
  3. On the menu, go to STAFF DASHBOARD

APPLY DIOCESE REPRESENTATIVE

  1. On the menu, go to STAFF and select APPLY FOR DIOCESE/ ASSOCIATION REPRESENTATIVE
  2. Select your diocese and click ‘Submit’
  3. Once approved by CSNSW Staff admin, you will receive an email notifying you of approval.

MY ROLES

  1. On the menu, go to MY PROFILE and select MY ROLES
  2. All applications and their status will be displayed. You can remove these at anytime
