2025 BROKEN BAY GOLF

 

INDIVIDUAL PATHWAY

In 2025 the NSWCCC Golf competitors (girls and boys) will be selected through individual nominations on the CSNSW Sport Website. 

Registrations are closed for 2025.

CHAMPIONSHIP DATES -
BROKEN BAY GOLF CHAMPIONSHIPS 2025 

To nominate for this event students will need to register individually via the Catholic Schools NSW Sport website - https://csnsw.sport/

School Sports coordinators will need to approve all nominations.

Date: Tuesday 26th August 2025    Venue: Wyong Golf Club

Registrations close 15th August 2025

Divisions

  • Girls Championship – Stroke (handicap 15 and lower)
  • Girls Stableford – Stableford score (handicap 16 and higher)
  • Boys Championship – Stroke (handicap 12 and lower)
  • Boys Stableford – Stableford score (handicap 13 and higher) 

Type of Event

Championship – Individual Stroke Play scoring with scores calculated based on players handicap.

Stableford – Individual Stableford scoring with scores calculated based on players handicap.

Cost/Entries

The entry fee is $30 per student. Entrants must have a valid golf link number and be an affiliated golf club member.

Draft Outline of the day

Commencing Time: 10.00am / Concluding Time: approx. 4:00pm.

Players will be provided with a tee-off time prior to the event.

All entrants will be emailed information prior to the event.

What to wear / bring

Club dress rules must be complied with.

Players must bring enough nutritious food/water to sustain them during the day.

No carts permitted.

Code of Conduct

In addition to regular school behavioural expectations, all students will need to adhere to the Catholic Schools Broken Bay Code of Conduct. All play shall be in accordance with the rules of golf, published local rules of the host club and conditions of play as specified.

Health information

There are no current health warnings in place. Please do not send your son / daughter if they are displaying any symptoms of illness.

Awards

Medals will be awarded to the winners and runners up in each category

 
 

DAY PROTOCOLS

  1. Competitor Experience - Entrants must be affiliated golf club members, with a handicap and golf link number
  2. Timing: 18-Hole Stroke Play. 10.00am-4.00pm. Players will be provided with a tee-off time prior to the event. Players must arrive only 20 minutes prior to their tee-off time and meet outside the pro-shop.
  3. Warm Up: Students will not be permitted to register or warm up more than 20 minutes before their tee-off time
  4. Rules: All play shall be in accordance with the Rules of Golf, Published Local Rules of the Host Club and conditions of play as specified.
  5. Equipment: Students are responsible for their own equipment- golf clubs etc
  6. Uniforms: Club dress rules must be complied with
  7. Late Athletes: Schools will be provided with tee-off times prior to the start of the event. Students must report to the convenor 20 minutes prior to their tee off time. If students are late, the convenor will try and accommodate them, however this is not guaranteed.
  8. Supervision: A school staff member or authorised representative must be present at all times to be responsible for the supervision and conduct of their students.
  9. First Aid: Host Golf Club Duty Manager will provide First Aid
  10. Trophies/Medals: will be awarded to the winners and runners up in the final for each category
