Broken Bay Students Excel at Polding Trials

NSWCPS POLDING (PRIMARY) WINTER SELECTION TRIALS – RUGBY LEAGUE, SOCCER, NETBALL AND HOCKEY

On May 2, Broken Bay Primary students travelled to Bathurst to represent their schools and Diocese in the sports of Rugby League, Soccer, Netball and Hockey at the NSW CPS (Catholic Primary Schools) Polding selection trials.  After such a wet week in Sydney, Bathurst turned on some spectacular Autumn weather for this event. Our students played displayed their skills and teamwork and we achieved some amazing results!  Overall, we had 24 Broken Bay students selected to represent Polding at the NSWPSSA championships over the coming terms. Thank you to our CSBB Staff who accompanied the teams and shared their expertise – Kyle Whiteford (12’s Rugby League); Matthew Hunter (11’s Rugby League); Monica Medeiros (Girls Soccer); Steve Forresto (Boys Soccer); Jenny Dickson (Netball) and Emma Dawson (Hockey).
