Big Bash Cricketers a Hit With Our Forestville Students Our Lady of Good Counsel Forestville were lucky to have Ollie Davies (current Sydney Thunder team member) and Joel Davies (recently signed with the Sydney Sixers) visit them. The two are brothers of current OLGC teacher Lucy Davies, and the Year 2 students were buzzing post visit. Our Northern Beaches students were lucky to have cricket NSW assist at our Stage 2 and Stage 3 inter-school days earlier this year, which saw over eighty Stage 2 and 3 teams experience the fun of inter-school spot. Catholic Schools Broken Bay Team trials for very experienced Year 5 and 6 students will be held next year for our 2024 Representative Team (see our cricket page early in 2024 for further details).
